Poultry Layers Pellets
Layers Pellets are the staple diet for all kinds of Poultry - for Chickens (incl. Cockerels) and Bantams, as well as Ducks, Turkeys, and Geese. Good quality layers pellets will contain the right levels of protein, calcium and vitamins not only for your chickens but for waterfowl too. For Waterfowl feeding, check composition or supplement with a tonic containing B3 (Niacin). See also our Duck & Goose Feeds.
Feed Layers Pellets ad lib in a purpose-made feeder to prevent wastage allowing approx. 1kg of pelleted feed for 5 adult hens per day. Supplement their staple diet with a scratch feed of Mixed Corn, for carbohydrates, during late morning-afternoon.
