It was 19.00 at night when I sent an email explaining my frustration on being unable to open the rat box. Within five minutes your lady was on the phone with a very thorough instruction. Never had service like that before. Thank you. Once your lady had explained how to open the box all was fine, but having no instructions we had to resort to a screwdriver which also did not work
