This 150g pouch containing 6 x 25g sachets of blue brodifacoum bait is allowed to be purchased for amateur use under the UK Rodenticide Stewardship Scheme 2018 (i.e. you don't need a licence). See note below*.

All rodenticides should only be used in a lockable bait box, and we recommend, when using around poultry and pets, that you take every precaution to ensure the grain sachets cannot come into contact with other creatures via discarded sachets, or sachets that a rodent may have carried out of the bait box and left on the ground.

Sapphire Brodifacoum Grain has a unique formulation combining the attraction of premium grade whole and cut wheat for both rats and mice. Application Rate: 50g of bait per bait station. The special blend is an anti-coagulant substance and will solve the toughest rat and mouse infestation with a bait that appeals to both species. Sapphire grain is a single-feed poison with a lethal dose consumed within hours.

Active: 0.0025% Brodifacoum. Authorisation code GB-2016-1056-0003 IE/BPA 7028. For general public use. Field of use: Indoor use for mice and rats/outdoor around buildings for rats only. Ready-to-use bait to be used in tamper-resistant bait stations.

*Note: If you use a rat poison, you are required by law in the UK to use a lockable rat bait box. To comply with current rodenticide regulations, please read all instructions on the rodenticide packet before use. For the domestic user, regulations only allow a non-licensed user (i.e. without a CRRU Certificate) to purchase a maximum of 1.5kg of bait.
