Emperor Poultry and Game Feeder (50kg)
Emperor Poultry & Game Feeder, very large, 50kg capacity (for pelleted feed or corn). Its volume is 70 litres. Outdoor Feeder for large flocks of poultry and game birds. Suitable for large flocks of 100 birds or more.
Very large feeder, unique design, made in the UK using recycled plastic materials. Suitable for use in large pens, open woodland and moorland locations.
The Emperor feeder can also supply your birds with water. By capturing rainwater around the central rim channel and draining it through a hose (supplied), it can feed any water container placed near the unit.
This feeder is used on the grouse moors of Scotland and by many gamekeepers when rearing pheasants. The feed pan dispenser tray fixed under the container fills with feed. Push fit lid. Very stable with three tanalised timber legs.
The Emperor Feeder comes with a Large Feeder Pan, 275mm in diameter, which is suitable for most poultry or game birds. Not suitable for mash type feeds.
If you have 'messy eaters' you can add an Anti-flick Ring to prevent most wastage. We also offer a smaller Standard Feed Pan which you may find suitable for some types of birds.

Some simple self assembly required. Legs 60cm, whole unit 90cm high. The Drum itself is 63cm wide and approx 52cm high. Feeder pan is 22.5cm from the ground when using legs supplied.
As with all gravity-type feeders, the Emperor is not suitable for non-flowing feeds like layers mash.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THIS FEEDER BEFORE PURCHASING - IT IS A LARGE FEEDER (over 3ft high and 2ft wide).
