The Small Chicken Shelter. A field shelter for your chooks! Made by Flyte so Fancy, this chicken shelter is approx 3ft x 3ft and suitable for flocks of up to 6 birds (shown here with our large Brahma chickens).

We have often been asked for a simple weather shelter to give the hens a place to go when it is pouring down with rain - so here is our Small Chicken Shelter - your chickens will love it!

A sturdy unit made to the same high-quality standard that Flyte so Fancy are known for. For the Chicken Shelters, we use 16mm T&G pressure-treated timber for the sides and 21mm T&G Shiplap for the roof.

The roof overhangs the open front to provide maximum protection. It comes with one internal perch plus stainless steel hooks to hang feeders or the FSF Boredom Buster Pecking Blocks.

Lovely!

We have five rescue chickens and they very quickly worked out this was a good place to hide when the rain poured down! Really well made and easy to put together, even for non DIYers like us… really worth it as looks great too.

Excellent Quality

Really well built. Comes flat packed, but took about 30 mins to build. Just big enough for our flock of 4. The only issue was the delivery costs, which was very expensive compared to other suppliers.

This is the 2nd chicken shelter I have purchased. Not for my chickens as they didn't use the first but for the multitude of feral cats I have in my garden. A little adaptation and they love them. Dry in the rain and cool in the sun.

Very sturdy, good quality timber shelter. Easy to assemble with good instructors. May seem a bit on the expensive side for chickens but it will last for years. Very happy with this product
