The Small Chicken Shelter

Excellent product. Good quality and so quick and easy to put together. My hens now have a choice of shelters, small, large and now a jumbo one. They are loving their new shelter. It gives plenty of shelter for all my 9 hens, very helpful during the winter and in hot weather. I’d highly recommend.

Super happy with my purchase. I got 2 jumbo chicken shelters to give my chickens more space and protection from the British weather and they look absolutely amazing. The delivery was also super quick and the communication really amazing, I always got the answer to every question I had in the same day or the next. The shelter is as described, strong, beautiful, super easy to put together and my chickens absolutely love it. I totally recommend it.

We are delighted with our small chicken shelter from Flyte so Fancy, and so are our 5 young chickens, particularly with rain being a daily occurrence in Perthshire for the last few weeks. It is small (but perfect for the area it was intended), watertight and cosy with all 5 managing to squeeze onto the perch. As referrals had said, it's excellently well made so coming flatpacked isn't an issue as so easy to put together. Highly recommend.

Great, looks good, well made, chickens love it. Really practical addition to the garden for shelter in the heat or rain. Easy to put together, good instructions, the hooks for water etc a great idea.

Really impressed with the quality and ease of assembly of the shelter, I would highly recommend it, my chickens on the other hand are not so impressed, they seem to be refusing to use it at the moment. 😂
I'm sure they'll get used to it eventually.

We have five rescue chickens and they very quickly worked out this was a good place to hide when the rain poured down! Really well made and easy to put together, even for non DIYers like us… really worth it as looks great too.

Really well built. Comes flat packed, but took about 30 mins to build. Just big enough for our flock of 4. The only issue was the delivery costs, which was very expensive compared to other suppliers.

I'm told by my nearest and dearest that I'm: 'very picky - always finding fault' (she does talk rubbish sometimes). Anyway, I always prefer to build my own 'stuff' - from the best quality materials (I'm always telling her, 'If a job's worth doing...').
However, this time, after pricing the wood required to build a similar shelter, and also taking into consideration my own personal workload, I opted to buy the middle sized shelter for our chooks.
'Can't fault it.' I announced, stepping back to admire the chooks newly assembled hide-away (she did a double take, went a bit cross-eyed and wobbled back indoors doing that annoying puffing thing she does).
This shelter is well made using the same quality materials I would have chosen.
Note: later at dinner she went quiet for a bit. Then, stabbing a brussel sprout, said, 'So... are you absolutely sure you couldn't find anything wrong with it?'

Easy to assemble and solidly built which is a consideration on our windy hillside. We added a pair of carrying handles to make it more manouverable and a bit heavier. Thinking of buying another!

It looks gorgeous - perfect for my garden, shelter in the winter from wind and rain, plus shade in the summer. what's more, the girls used it straight away!

Just purchased the chicken shelter and am delighted with it. Easy to put together with only 12 screws, and gives my birds shelter from the North winds. And it looks really good and a bit Posh for both me and the girls!

This is the 2nd chicken shelter I have purchased. Not for my chickens as they didn't use the first but for the multitude of feral cats I have in my garden. A little adaptation and they love them. Dry in the rain and cool in the sun.

Brilliant product. Easy to assemble and a huge improvement on the old fence panel our chickens previously had as a shelter. Provides cover for food and water and was tested on day 1 with heavy rain and they were happy perched under the shelter. Very pleased.

Very sturdy, good quality timber shelter. Easy to assemble with good instructors. May seem a bit on the expensive side for chickens but it will last for years. Very happy with this product

A great idea for keeping both chickens and feed dry. My hens wander in and out of the shelter to eat, or to keep out of the rain for a while.

Very sturdy I keep a treadle feeder in it out of the direct sun and rain seems to work well and the chooks don’t complain good quality product.

The chicken shelter arrived without the three necessary poles so we couldn’t put it together. However, I called the company who answered promptly, were charming and apologetic and within days the poles arrived. Excellent customer service. Chicken shelter is great but I already knew that as I have one already.
