When I was unsure which automatic henhouse door to buy, FSF was able to give useful and unpushy advice on the phone. The product arrived when they said it would, and is performing well. I can't ask for much more than that. I shall definitely buy from them again, and I recommend them to others. Does what one would expect.

Good web site, easy to compère items, no hanging about getting my order out and dispatched and arrived on time. The door opener is easy to fit, but the programming is a bit more complicated and you do need the printed instructions in you hand, once set up work fine and easier to change setting at a later date.
The doors were fine just that the burrs on the sliders drilled holes could have been cleaned.
The pulleys I think were very much over priced for what they are. I would have thought that a pkt of two pulleys for that price would have more reasonable.

Spoke to the on the phone to talk through my requirements. Goods then dispatched and delivered very promptly. Basic pulley wheel, comes with good screws.
