Good service - arrived in good time but despite the careful packing, the pot of grit got damaged and split, luckily it was contained in the box so I could decant in to another container. All other products were great and the issue was with the carriage not the supplier. As I could use ok I have not complained about this. Pot too flimsy - split in carriage, product quality is fine.
