Flyte So Fancy’s service is very good, but the local parcel delivery company was not so satisfactory. The first day that they tried to make the delivery they said that they had called and left a notification card when they had not. However, delivery was successful at the second attempt. A great treat for the chickens.

I buy regularly from FSF, orders are always despatched promptly. The one occasion that there was a problem (not FSF's fault, that was down to the courier), they pulled out all the stops to send replacement goods to me. I'm happy with the quality, range and prices of products. No complaints from my ex-batt and ex-barn girls either! 😁 My girls love this, a great afternoon treat for them!

Everything I ordered came, and they didn't cram everything into 1 oversized box.

Mostly very good service and well packed but had one issue with a split plastic tub which was packed like that. My girls love this - every afternoon!

Having become ill and unable to drive, I was a bit desperate about getting supplies for my hens, as for some items I have to drive to a poultry suppliers some distance away in a rural area. I was amazed at the next day delivery - everything I needed was sent, in a very good condition. When I looked at the website before sending off my order I was pleased at the variety of items I was able to choose from, (some of which I can't buy locally). I hope to be driving again very soon, but would certainly consider another order from Flyte So Fancy. This is a good afternoon treat for the hens. I prefer this variety of mixed corn as it comes without added grit, which they don't always eat, and which then is left in a layer on the lawn!
