The Maggie 6 on stilts is just what I was after and went together very easily. The nest box was swapped to the other side and the screws near the roof apex were moved slightly from where indicated because they seemed to be going through space to reach the other side. The chickens went to roost perfectly.
We bought the Maggie’s Six hen house with the painting service. It looks fabulous in our orchard and the hens love it. FSF also painted a pair of dust baths to match. Anne was very helpful answering questions about how many hens would fit in the house (we were buying large hens) and when we wanted to paint a bench in the same colourway she not only told us the exact colour match but also sent a list of stockists in our local area. We have been delighted with both the service and the quality of the products and Gloria, Marjorie, Gladys and Betty are very happy.

We adapted to put the nest box the other side to suit our hen run. Went together well, and it's good and sturdy do should last well. Thank you.
I bought this hen house to replace the 16 year old ark house we had from flyte so fancy. This time I went with the automatic door. This is a god send. My husband put the house together and mentioned a few screws where in hard to reach places but it still all went together nicely.
