What a fantastic service. Very helpful advice pre order and wonderful support during the course of the transaction. This was a surprise for my Wife's birthday and the team bend over backwards to keep it a surprise - including dark wrapping and great communication with the delivery company. Prompt and efficient

We had a 'user error' with the poulty netting kit. Flyte so Fancy gave us a prompt email back to ascertain our problem and, when Anne couldn't sort it out herself, she contacted Hotline for us and called within hours to help us rectify the problem. Excellent service all round!
