Anti-Fox No-Dig Skirt for Chicken Runs - Medium size. A simple solution to prevent Foxes and Badgers from digging under your Poultry Run.

The Medium size No-Dig Skirt is suitable for Flyte so Fancy Protection Pens up to and including 9ft x 15ft, and 9ft+ long Henhouse runs. Suitable for Runs with a perimeter of 31ft to 48ft (9.3m to 14.6m).

IF ORDERING FOR A NON-FLYTE SO FANCY UNIT, PLEASE STATE SIZE OF YOUR RUN IN THE BOX ABOVE - LENGTH x WIDTH - in centimetres, please.  Just give us the dimensions of your run, length x width, and we will cut 4 strips to suit that size.

Although it would be rare that a fox would dig under the run without giving up or being disturbed unless there are easy gaps where the run meets the ground, there may be occasions when you may be away for the weekend, or on holiday and friends are in charge. This is an inexpensive way to give you the reassurance that the hens will be safe.

The fox will instinctively want to dig right next to the base of the run and is unlikely to attempt to dig from ten inches away.

Simply place the 10 inch wide strips of weldmesh on the ground where your run will sit and peg securely. The mesh should be positioned so that the edge of the mesh is held just under the base of the run and then pegged down. More galvanised pegs are available.

The Medium size No-Dig Skirt is suitable for Flyte so Fancy Protection Pens up to and including 9ft x 15ft, and 9ft+ Henhouse runs. Suitable for Runs with a perimeter of 31ft to 48ft (9.3m to 14.6m).

For example - a square run measuring 3m x 3m has perimeter of 12m (39ft 5in).

The No-Dig Skirt is made up of 4 x 255mm (10in) wide strips of 50mm x 50mm (2in x 2in) strong 16g weldmesh ready to lay on the ground under the edges of your run and they are held in place with 25cm galvanised pegs (approx. 20 supplied).
