Delivery and Payments
Delivery is available to UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy & Germany and carriage charges will be made according to weight and destination (please note - not all items can be sent outside the UK due to size and we cannot send feeds outside the UK).
Our standard courier delivery is next working day for orders placed before 2pm, Royal Mail items are 48 hour tracked. Carriage is calculated automatically through the checkout. It starts at £1.99 up to £4.79 for small Royal Mail items, up to 1.5kg, 48 hour delivery, thereafter we use a next working day courier delivery e.g. 2kg to 5kg is £5.99, 5kg - 10kg is £6.50, to addresses in mainland England, Wales & Lowland Scotland. Other remote areas and islands will be more.
If you require a Saturday delivery there is a surcharge starting at £12.50 (sorry) to add to standard courier delivery charge (for this option please call us 01300 345229). This surcharge varies according to weight and destination of goods. For Saturday deliveries of heavy palletised orders the Saturday surcharge is £44.00 (sorry again). Saturday surcharge not applicable to Royal Mail items.
All non-housing items and non-palletised orders are usually despatched for next working day delivery within UK unless we are, unusually, out of stock. If there is more than a two day delay due to lack of stock at the time of your order we will contact you.
Bulk orders of heavy items e.g. woodchip or feed (over 90kg), are normally sent by palletised delivery (2-3 day delivery, arranged on a day to suit you). However, if you place a non-pallet order on-line before 2pm we can usually despatch the same day.
Housing deliveries and heavy items (total weight over 90kg) are delivered on a pallet via Palletline and details of whether housing items are currently in stock are given on the relevant product page. For the most up to date delivery date though please call us on 01300 345229.
All deliveries will normally require a signature but, if you are not going to be available to receive the delivery, please could you state during the checkout process where the driver can leave the parcel/pallet safely. Alternatively just email email@example.com with any necessary details.
Estimated delivery times are given on the information page of each chicken house, duck house or unit. To find the delivery charges, add goods required to the shopping basket, click Checkout, select destination and it will calculate the delivery charge e.g. delivery of henhouses via Pallet company start at £39.95 for mainland England (some areas would require individual quotes e.g. Orkneys/Shetlands).
We do not deliver to any hotel/guest house addresses.
Please call us if your order does not arrive within 3 days, or, for pallet deliveries, if it does not arrive on the day we have given you in your delivery email.
Bank Holiday Opening times
Our Shop and phone lines will be closed for the Bank Holiday Mondays of 6th May and 27th May 2019. We are open as normal on Saturdays and closed as normal on Sundays.

There will be no orders despatched after 2pm on the Friday prior to bank holidays until Tuesday after when normal service will resume!
PLEASE NOTE: The delivery pallet size for most housing is 1.2m x 1.5m (4ft x 5ft) x up to 2.2m high (depending on which house) and the goods are wrapped and strapped on the pallet for you to unpack.
The Pallet lorry driver will not unpack the pallet for you but will put it, using his pallet handler, in as convenient a place for you as possible (steps, grass or gravel are not possible for this machine). The lorry is usually a 7.5tonne curtain-sided lorry. If you think delivery this way may be a problem, please contact us and we will consider other options.

Making a payment through this website:
You can make a payment through the website either by credit/debit card or through PayPal Express. Cheques are not accepted. Telephone orders can be placed by calling us on 01300 345229.
The Flyte so Fancy website uses a secure payment server called Sage Pay to manage its credit/debit card payments, and this ensures both your security and ours. As you go through the checkout process, and choose to confirm your order, you will see the 'Sage Pay' payment page. Here you can enter your card details, in complete security, your address details are already entered.
To use PayPal Express, click the PayPal button, you can then login using your PayPal ID. Once logged in you will be returned to our website so that carriage charge can be calculated according to your delivery destination. You then just need to tick the Terms&Conditions box and click Confirm to complete your order.
When the order is placed at our website through SagePay, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. You will be asked to confirm the payment and the order completion notification is sent to us. You will then receive an email from Sage Pay saying the payment has been made, and an email from us saying we have received your order. Please check all details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your spam folder or call us to make sure the order completed.
Depending on which card you are using to make you payment, you may be asked to complete the 3D secure process (Mastercard Securecard or Verified by Visa). This is simply another layer of security that is used in most on-line payment systems and is like using a PIN in a shop. If not already registered to use the Securecard, you will be asked to create a password which you can use every time you use any website with Securecard. This password is then used to authenticate the payment directly with your bank - security for you, security for us. We do not have access to any of these details.
If you are experiencing problems making a payment please check you have entered your email address correctly (with no spaces and the ISP spelled correctly, most payment errors are due to this problem), and that your name, address and particularly postcode are correct.
Troubleshooting payment problems:
1. Enter your email address accurately
2.. Enter postcode in the format: XX2(2) then space 2XX
3. Select correct destination from drop down boxes e.g. United Kingdom in box 1 and then England (or your country) in box 2. Do not enter your County into these boxes.
4. For PayPal, after logging in you will need to confirm acceptance of the delivery charge before your order is complete.
5. Always tick the 'Accept Terms & Conditions' box.
6. When in SagePay enter payment card number as one long number, no spaces.
7. You cannot avoid or skip the Verified/Securecard password box, you will need to enter characters from your password here or logon from that box to create one.

If you have an item that needs returning please email email@example.com to say you wish to return the item. You should complete our Returns Form to ensure your return rights are not infringed. You can complete this Returns Form online, click submit form, and it is automatically emailed to us, or, print and send a copy to us as an attachment by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax to 01300 345858, or by post to Flyte so Fancy Ltd., The Cottage, Pulham, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 7DX.
For orders placed on or after 13th June 2014. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 14 days of the day of receipt of the goods ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of original invoice including original carriage charges (excluding supplements) in accordance with EU Directive on Consumer Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) i.e. return carriage costs are not refunded. Perishable goods e.g. poultry feeds and infra red bulbs cannot be returned for refund. We also exclude refund of carriage costs of pallet deliveries due to costs once the pallet has been despatched but all cases will be considered on an individual basis.
Please return the goods unused in the original packing with a completed Returns Form and we will refund your payment card. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. For returned goods over the 14 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of £5. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.
You may call us to tell us about your wish to cancel your contract and we will advise on the best return method but your right to cancel must be exercised in writing as well e.g. by email, or mail.
Return of the unwanted goods can be either by courier or by post in which case we may arrange a collection or send a returns label if you wish. The cost of courier collection or post will be deducted from your refund. Postal costs will be in accordance with post office charges and courier collection will be a minimum of £5 to a maximum of £15, this will be according to weight of the goods and therefore courier costs. You will be informed of these costs before your return.
If you are returning goods at your own costs then please just let us know when they have been despatched.
Please include your order number, name and address details on the Returns Form and a copy should be included in your package. If returning for exchange please make sure the goods are returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Thank you.
For faulty or damaged goods: Please notify us immediately by phone or email if you find the goods damaged or faulty upon receipt and we will replace immediately. You may call us about a damaged or faulty item but you should also email us to comply with our returns policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy. Consumable items are not covered by our returns policy e.g. poultry feed, light bulbs.
Flyte so Fancy Ltd offer advice by telephone and in detail on the website and we ask that you consider this when making any purchase. If you purchase goods against that advice Flyte so Fancy Ltd cannot be held liable if they are then found not to be suitable for your purposes e.g. Lengths, heights, weights etc are given for every product where necessary.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) which can be found at www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights
