Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase is easy through our website. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit or debit card and Paypal, or by telephone 01300 345229 (Paypal payments cannot be accepted by phone).

By Credit/Debit Card: We accept all Visa and Mastercard (but not American Express). Select pay by Credit/Debit Card where you can enter your payment details through secure 128-bit encryption. Email confirmations will follow immediately upon completion.

By PayPal: Select Paypal from the Checkout page and you will be taken to your Paypal account login page (unless you are logged into your account on our website already). PLEASE check these details are correct (otherwise you may be asking us to send to an old address). Click the T&C's box to accept, add any special delivery instructions and click the confirm button. This will have completed your order and you will receive an email from us. You will also receive an email from PayPal to confirm the payment to Flyte so Fancy Ltd.

If you experience problems making a payment through the website please check you have entered your email address correctly, your name, address and particularly postcode, are all correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please call 01300 345229.

Order Confirmation: When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order, as well as general terms, via email. We will indicate acceptance of your order by email when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your paper invoice will be included with the goods.

Shipping:

Carriage charges for all goods are worked out by weight and destination, they are shown in the shopping basket after the destination is selected. To find the delivery charges use the ‘Delivery Estimate’ box and enter Postcode.

We currently only ship goods within the UK. No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit/debit card, Paypal or BACS. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish the title of these goods until payment is received in full.

Delivery Schedule:

Non-housing goods (e.g. Poultry Supplies) are despatched the same day if ordered before 2 pm, or next day if not, and when in stock. We deliver via a courier e.g. DPD, usually on a next working day delivery (mainland UK only). If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible. We do not deliver to hotels/guesthouses.

Housing and heavy orders (and any goods ordered at the same time) are sent via Palletline Transport and will be despatched to arrive on the agreed delivery date. You will receive a separate email, within 48 hours of placing the order, offering a delivery date. Please reply to this email and confirm whether the date given is convenient or not. As the house orders are bulky and delivered on a pallet (usually measuring 4ft x 5ft), it is necessary to confirm with you whether you can accept the order personally or whether it is possible to leave the pallet safely at the delivery address. Please also consider whether access to your property is possible for a 7.5-tonne lorry, and let us know if not, so we can consider other options. A signature upon delivery is always preferable in case of any damage that may have occurred during transit. Please check the delivery upon arrival and make notes of any damage on the drivers manifest. We can only agree with delivery dates and book them with our delivery companies. We cannot guarantee that there will not be extenuating circumstances which mean the delivery companies cannot make the delivery on that day e.g. traffic accidents, flooding, vehicle breakdown. This is rare and 99% of our deliveries are made on time. Please do call us on 01300 345229 as soon as possible if there are any delivery company issues, we make every effort to solve problems as a matter of urgency.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you agree that proof of delivery by our delivery company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received. If you give us instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place at your property then Flyte so Fancy Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once delivered.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we are unable to fulfil that backorder within 7 days, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:

For orders made within the UK, 20% value-added tax is included where applicable. Some goods are zero-rated for vat e.g. poultry feeds, books.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption through the Braintree secure payment system and Flyte so Fancy Ltd do not have access to your card details. You may also be asked to complete the Mastercard Securecard or Visa Verification option to further protect you, and us, from fraud.

Your payment card details are not held unencrypted anywhere on our website servers. All card data, if chosen to be saved by yourself, are tokenised.

Tokenisation helps to protect your online shopping activities. When you purchase from us, via our website, we do not see your card details, instead, these are tokenised.  If you choose to save your card details then this token is kept on file in place of the card details. Your information is safe even if we get hacked. So, if someone does gain illegal access to our systems, all the perpetrators can see is the randomly generated tokens.
A new token can be generated for each online retailer — so you’ll have a different code at all the places you’ve shopped. If a retailer has a security breach, all tokens issued to that website can be disabled without you having to get a replacement card.

Warranty:

Goods that are received damaged or faulty, or if a fault occurs within 30-days of purchase, will be replaced immediately by Flyte so Fancy Ltd. Any faults discovered 30-days after purchase will be dealt with by the manufacturer directly. All electric fence energisers have a 3-year warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. VSD Electronic Door Openers are covered by the manufacturer's 3-year warranty; Chicken Guards by a 3-year warranty. Please note: Water damage or Mite damage to electronic equipment invalidates the warranty.

All Flyte so Fancy Timber Poultry & Pet Housing carries our 2-year Fair Care Warranty, so that if the quality of materials or standard of workmanship is not what you expected, we can repair, replace the product or refund your money. After this period any faults will be considered on an individual basis in order to rectify any problem as we do want you to be completely happy with your purchase and our service.
