Chicken Guard Automatic Door Opener. Premium ASTi-P5. Use for control of the chicken house pop-hole door by either light levels, with timer settings, or a combination of both.

The ChickenGuard Automatic Chicken House Pop-Hole Door Opener is a British-made pop-hole door opener, with an integrated Timer and Light Sensor, in one complete package for easy installation.

The ChickenGuard Premium P5 is the latest, 5th generation, design from Chicken Guard with many new features as well as trusted options:

• No DIY knowledge is required and no messy wiring to do
• Calibrates the door automatically making installation very easy
• Can raise a door up to 1kg in weight
• Measures a compact 16.7cm wide x 9.3cm tall and 6cm deep
• Use the easy-to-programme timer or built-in light sensor or a combination of both
• Battery warning light visible from 100 meters away
• Three power options – 4 x AA Alkaline batteries (incl.), USB or 6v to 12v DC power (cables not included)
• The Auto-Stop feature stops the door if there is an obstruction e.g. a chicken in the way
• Backup lithium cell battery to keep the clock working if the batteries run out (CR1220 Lithium cell battery not included)
• Self-diagnosis capability shows a message on the screen advising what action to take

The All-in-One Chicken Guard design makes installation very easy, with screws provided, including 4 x AA batteries. Simply attach the Pop-Hole Door Opener to the outside of your hen house, lift and then tie the lifting cord to your pop-hole door and add batteries.

The Chicken Guard Door Opener is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
