UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2021
We would like to reassure Flyte so Fancy customers that we continue to send poultry supplies, including feed and medications, for the welfare of your birds and pets through the courier and Palletline home delivery system. BUT please be patient with delivery times and the couriers.
Due to volume of orders, courier Covid-19 restrictions and supply chain issues, please understand that there has been some impact on our production and despatch times. We are currently 1 day behind for poultry supplies orders, and the couriers continue to struggle to fulfil next working day. Sometimes multiparcel consignments can be split over different vans and delivered on different days so please follow the tracking for their up to date information.
Pallet deliveries of supplies e.g.woodchip, are despatching approx. 4 days from ordering (excl. holidays). We are all working hard to get your order to you. Please bear with us in this unpredictable environment.
HENHOUSE DELIVERIES ARE VARIOUSLY FROM 2 WEEKS TO 8 WEEKS AND EACH UNIT WILL HAVE THE TIMESCALE GUIDANCE FOR THAT PARTICULAR HOUSE OR PEN WITHIN THE DESCRIPTION.
The Flyte so Fancy Shop is open. In order for us to keep our employees safe we ask that you phone before visiting. We also politely ask, and enforce, that ALL visitors wear a facemask when visiting our shop. We adhere strictly to government guidelines in all aspects of cleaning the premises and social distancing between staff. If you wish to just collect supplies from our shop then please call first to place your order over the phone, 01300 345229, we can then bring your goods to your vehicle when you arrive to maintain the minimum 2 metres distance.
