Coronavirus Message from Flyte so Fancy
We would like to reassure Flyte so Fancy customers that we continue to send poultry supplies, including feed and medications, for your birds and pets through the courier home delivery system.
However, due to volume of orders, supply chain issues and staff changes, please understand that there has beeen some impact on our production and despatch. We are currently up to date for poultry supplies orders, but the couriers in some areas continue to struggle to fulfil next working day. Sometimes they will deliver on different days so please follow the tracking for their up to date information.
Pallet deliveries of supplies e.g.woodchip, are despatching approx. 7 days from ordering. We are all working hard to get your order to you. Please bear with us in this unpredictable environment.
HENHOUSE DELIVERIES ARE VARIOUSLY FROM 3 WEEKS TO 10 WEEKS AND EACH UNIT WILL HAVE THE TIMESCALE GUIDANCE FOR THAT PARTICULAR HOUSE OR PEN WITHIN THE DESCRIPTION.
The Flyte so Fancy Shop reopened on 15th June. We politely ask that ALL visitors wear a facemask when visiting our shop. We adhere strictly to government guidelines in all aspects of cleaning the premises and social distancing between staff. If you wish to just collect supplies from our shop then please call first to place your order over the phone, 01300 345229, we can then bring your goods to your vehicle when you arrive to maintain the minimum 2 metres distance.
Our couriers and suppliers have assured us of equal good practices and have instigated a solution where you no longer have to sign the driver's handheld device on receipt of goods or meet the driver. However, we ask that you give us specific 'leave safe' instructions for us to pass to the driver. All our couriers/pallet companies have advised that if a leave safe instruction is not given then they will not leave the goods, but they will be returned to depot to await further instructions.
