Large Emperor Poultry Feeder (50kg)

Large 70 litre (approx 50kg capacity) Outdoor Feeder for poultry and game birds. Unique design, made in the UK using recycled plastic materials. Suitable for use in pens, open woodland and moorland locations.

This feeder can also supply your birds with water. By capturing rainwater around the central rim channel and draining it through a hose (supplied), it can feed any water container placed near to the unit.

This feeder is used on the grouse moors of Scotland and by many gamekeepers when rearing pheasants. The feed pan dispenser tray fixed under the container fills with feed. Push fit lid . Very stable with three tanalised timber legs.

The Emperor Feeder comes with a large feed pan 275mm in diameter which is suitable for most poultry or game birds. If you have 'messy eaters' you can add an Anti-Flick Grid to prevent most wastage.

Some simple self assembly required. Legs 60cm, whole unit 90cm high. The Drum itself is 63cm wide and approx 52cm high. Feeder pan is 22.5 from the ground when using legs supplied. Please note: as with all gravity type feeders, this is not suitable for Layers Mash.

The Large Feed Pan Dispenser. Designed and made by BEC in the UK for their large 50kg Emperor Poultry & Game Feeder , this feeder pan can provide automated feeding for any suitable bulk feed container. The feed pans are of rugged construction using recycled materials.

The Emperor comes with a large feed pan as standard.

This large pan is 275mm diameter with a pan lip of 40mm and a total height of 125mm. Optional Anti-flick Ring available to prevent wastage, link below. We recommend adding this to an Emperor Feeder if your hens are 'messy eaters' to prevent wastage.

The BEC Feed Pan Dispensers can be attached underneath any metal, plastic or wooden bulk feed container and are suitable for all kinds of poultry, game or waterfowl. Simply drill four 5.5mm holes for the retaining screws and one large 80mm hole at the centre of the base of your container for the feed to flow through. Then using the screws provided, fix the unit to your container.

Feed flows down the central funnel into the four feeding troughs and is automatically replenished as it is used.

Both the large and small pan dispensers have specially designed 'screens' within the pan separating the feeding troughs to prevent aggression amongst feeding birds. Each feeding trough has a unique drainage slot allowing water and dust to escape.

Both dispensers are suitable for most bird species including: chickens, pheasants, partridge, ducks, turkeys, geese, quail, bantams, etc. and can be used with a variety of feed types including: Wheat, Barley, Mixed Seed, and Pellets.
