| Making A Purchase A VAT rate of 20% will be applied to all taxable goods and carriage from midnight Tuesday 4th Jan 2011 Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments on-line or by telephone, or payment by cheque. You can also download an order form from the website and fill in the details and send or fax it to us. BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, select pay by Credit Card and you will be taken to our secure payment server, Protx, where you can enter your payment details using secure 128-bit encryption. Email confirmations will follow immediately upon completion. BY CHEQUE, select pay by cheque, print the order confirmation off and send with your cheque made payable to FLYTE SO FANCY LTD. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO BANKING COSTS WE CANNOT ACCEPT CHEQUES FOR LESS THAN £10. We will confirm receipt and despatch your order when your cheque is cleared. If you experience problems making a payment please check you have entered your email address correctly (no spaces, most payment errors are due to this problem), your name, address and particularly postcode are correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please call Anne on 01300 345229. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared, and hence a contract between us. Your Invoice will be included with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Vat is applied at 20% to items subject to tax and is included in the price shown next to the item. When viewing the shopping basket the price is shown excl vat so that the tax amount is shown separately. |
| Shipping And Handling Carriage charges for all goods are worked out by weight in the shopping basket and are quoted excl. vat. To find out delivery charge just add goods to the basket and then My Shopping, select destination and excl. vat delivery charge will be displayed. We will only despatch goods to UK addresses. |
| Delivery Schedule Non-housing goods (Poultry Supplies and Electric Fencing) are despatched next day when in stock, or we will despatch same day if we can, via courier on a next working day delivery. If goods are placed on back order we will inform you and offer a refund if necessary. If your order is urgent please let us know and will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible. Housing (and any goods ordered at the same time) are despatched within 48 hours when in stock and you will receive a separate email confirming delivery date. If not in stock we will confirm the earliest delivery date by email. As the house orders are bulky and delivered on a pallet (measuring 4ft x 5ft), it will be necessary to confirm with you whether you can accept the order personally or whether it is possible to leave the pallet safely at delivery address. A signature upon delivery is always preferable in case of any damage which might have occurred during transit. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If we are unable to fulfil that backorder within 7 days, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 7 working days of the day after receipt ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of original invoice including original carriage charges in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) i.e. return costs are not refunded. Just return the goods with the original packing and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over the 7 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis. For faulty goods we will always offer a replacement. All electric fence energisers have a 2 year guarantee and these will be returned to Gallagher UK or Hotline Electric Fencing for repair or replacement.
