I am writing to express my gratitude and give commendation for a service well done. I ordered a 5l bottle of poultry shield concentrate and a 5 ltr pressure sprayer just before lunchtime on Monday. I wrote as the reason for ordering that my hens were suffering a red mite infestation and added that this order was required urgently. I was as surprised as I was pleased to receive my order just after lunchtime the following day! That's a turnaround of just over 24 hours, which was fantastic, and enabled me to get going with my war against mites the very day after I had ordered. So well done on your brilliant service.

We have, at last and not without some swearing and cursing, completed the henhouse and pen. It all looks absolutely splendid; it is a testament to the workmanship that's gone into the design and build of the structures that it all went together so well. My husband and I had to call on a couple of strong men to help us but all the effort was well worthwhile. My hens, who had truly been cooped up in a run that was far too small, are revelling in their palatial surroundings, and I am so delighted with all aspects of the house and pen. It's always a bit of a worry buying on the internet but I took the promises you made in your literature at face value and, the slight hiccup over the delivery notwithstanding, I have not been let down.

I have adopted them both from the school I work at as they do not get on with the new ones we hatched before the summer and one of them is poorly and the head teacher is too miserly to send her to the vet. She has a bald sore bum - poor thing. I am hoping that the aloe vera will do the trick (they had been treated for lice - but it has not helped!) I may be ringing your helpline soon for advice.

Thank you so much for the excellent service. I ordered an Annie's chicken coop and extended run for the three ex-bats I wanted to re-home. I'm so pleased with the house and run - the quality is excellent and it's very easy to clean. It's a bit of a squeeze, but I can even get in the run! Hello "flyte so fancy team"
I wanted to write and express my huge gratitude to your wonderful team. Since getting my back yard chickens (I now have 3 adult ex-bats and 3 chicks) I have tried equipment from various sources. In an attempt to save money I bought a cheap house from the web, and less than 6 months later had to throw it out! I now have a complete flyte so fancy set up, complete with maggie 6, and protection pen. The house and pen are of a superb standard - and look the same as the day I got them. I now realise that it's definately worth spending that little bit extra to get something of such quality and my chickens, and I are very happy. In fact, i'd go as far as to say that it's quite beautiful in my garden - I doubt many people say that about their chicken enclosures!
I have also just got delivery of the "broody pen" too, to house my little 4 week old chicks until they are ready for integration to the main pen - this was great value for money, of the same high standard as everything else I have, and went together like a dream. We have 3 very happy chickletts currently running around in it.
I will never buy another house from anywhere else, and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who wishes to spoil their chickens rotten, as well as have soemthing that is well made, easy to clean and functional.

Unfortunately I was in Macedonia last week when my wife took delivery of it and because of all the chaos only managed to get home yesterday - so I haven't seen it until now. One small question whilst writing, is the automatic pop hole opener all working or do I need to do anything to enable it? I've only seen it in daylight so far and the door was open (which I guess is a good sign!) - I'll have to wander out tonight and see if it is closed when it's dark. We pick up our hens over the bank holiday weekend and are very excited.

I received my VSB automatic pop hole opener from you yesterday and installed it today. It is my experience that anything technological generally has some snag or other that makes installation a trial. But the VSB was easy to fit and worked first time! My other half (i.e, the boss) said my face was a picture as the door operated smoothly during the test run.
Although I shall undoubtably be there at dusk tonight and 8:00 a.m. tommorrow to check on its first "real" operations, we can now look foreward to a lie in early next week. Thanks very much indeed. Alan Jones 17/4/10

I just wanted to write and thank Flytes so Fancy for your incredible Cottage Henhouse. We are absolutely delighted with it!
As you know we decided to get a new hen-house after the persistent problems we had with our old arc style house, which although only 6 months old leaked so badly we had to cover it with tarpaulin, and whose door became so warped we had to file it down and re-align the bolts several times, just to be able to close it. The quality and workmanship of the Cottage Henhouse is second-to-none; the timber being three times the thickness of the old house!
The design is so much better as well, being so easy to access and clean, and with the overhanging roof over the roosting area, I can muck out my girls even in the pouring rain without them getting as much as a feather wet! - you've brought the pleasure back to chicken keeping!

Dear FSF First let me say how pleased I am with the poultry house I purchased from you in October 2009 - Maggies 6 henhouse - it not only looks good but even through the recent extreme weather conditions has does an excellent job of keeping the girls snug and contented. Friends have commentated on the quality and finish of the hen house and I've recommended you to them. The hens began laying two weeks ago, in the middle of the worst of freezing conditions so they are obviously happy with the housing! We're really enjoying the delicious eggs they're producing. We assembled it just in time before the hideously wet day on Sunday and our 5 "girls" couldn't wait to investigate it and congregate there. We have just finished assembling our 'Maggies 24 Henhouse' and I just had to write and say THANK YOU. It went together like a dream. This is the best piece of workmanship we have seen for a long time.
Since our change of lifestyle earlier this year we have had to assemble numerous bits of equipment and have faced all kinds of bad workmanship and faulty goods.

Just a quick note to say that we think this new product is terrific. We previously used the peckablocks but, seeing that you didn't stock them anymore, thought we'd give these a go instead.
My hens always liked the peckablocks especially when it rained. However, they actually prefer the rings and the rings last longer because they are stickier. They even return to have a nibble when they are out freeranging so they must like them - our rather elderly Rhode Island Red hybrid, who is very much in the twilight of her years, likes nothing better than to sit down beside the ring and have a nibble of an afternoon leaving the younger ex-battery hens to frolic round the garden!
We reuse the strings so are getting quite a collection going, however, my mum makes use of them in her patchwork making so everyone a winner!

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service your company provides. I ordered the Maggie's 12 henhouse and lots of accessories last Friday afternoon and it all arrived in perfect condition today (Tuesday). The henhouse is solidly constructed and beautiful to look at. Goods arrived at 1110 and just wanted to thank you for your prompt, courteous and very helpful service. By 1210 both houses were drenched with Poultry Protector and are now drying. This evening when the hens have roosted we are going to use the Puffer to cover them in Diatom and will have dusted some onto their perches as well as a cupful into their litter (the floor area is 1M2). I am so glad I rang you on Friday - we were beginning to wonder if we were going to have the chickens on the front drive!! It was, as you said, easy to disassemble to move and reassembly was easy as we had seen how it should look. The run was more tricky but that too is up and the whole house and run look fantastic. An extremely solid house and your attention to detail is excellent - so thanks very much for such an excellent product. Now all we need are some chickens to put in it! The Boredom Buster Pecking Ring is a great product - the hens love it! I've just ordered 5 more. Feather pecking was a problem until we put the ring in, it has now stopped completely. Mr Hall 5/7/09

Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the Maggie Six long legged henhouse. It arrived on the day/time promised (a rare occurrence in my experience of deliveries).
The set up instructions were excellent it took myself (not a diyer), 10 year old son and an electric screwdriver only 20 mins to assemble. The pre drilled holes were a godsend.
The house is of excellent quality and the hens seems very happy!
I took a long time to choose your houses over the many others available, but I made the right choice.

If only their were more kinds of toys for Chickens maybe you could supply or design a kong toy for chickens to push around so they can get treats out of. Bought this two days I'm impressed with the speedy delivery and how well packed everything is. The Boredom Buster is a great toy my Brahmas love food so this is great for them, as they have been pecking away at it ever since I set it up for them. My Poland's however are too frightened of it to use it yet however their curiosity is slowly causing them to approach and inspect it closer I'm sure they will come around to it when they realise it is full of food.
