Recycled Tyre Troughs, Skips & Footbaths

A mini trough with a wide rim made from recycled tyre rubber. A very useful, and inexpensive, sturdy, long lasting trough for feed, water or even as a bath for small Ducks or as a sandbath for chickens. Can also be used as a disinfectant footbath placed outside the chicken pen, in fact it has many uses.


Measures 40cm (15.5) x 30cm (12") externally and is 11cm (4.5") deep inside; holds 7 litres (1.25 gallons).

Very robust Kanguro basket skip, with handles, made from re-cycled tyres. Deep enough to use as a disinfectant footbath, strong enough to carry rubble and stones, great for washing the dog, or use for feeding or watering animals. Virtually unbreakable.

We think this is just such a versitile trug - we have several and have variously bathed the dogs, used it as a log basket, picked the vegetables and apples, the children used it as a sled when it snowed, holds the fish whilst we change the fish tank water and, we have one permanently by our chicken run as a disinfectant footbath.
