Standard or Tall Mating Panel for Junior & Junior PLUS Poultry Protection Pens.
A Mating Panel Frame creates a tunnel and connects your hen house to the Junior Protection Pen.
The 'tunnel' is made from three meshed panels attached to the Pen Panel which is then placed up against the hen house allowing the birds to leave the house through the tunnel and enter the Pen - all in complete and contained security
We offer two options to suit your particular hen house - the Standard suits all shorter-legged houses and the Tall suits all Long Legged Hen Houses.
This gives you full access to your hen house from outside the Pen, for cleaning and egg collecting for example, and also ensures your chooks can go in and out of their house in full safety and freedom.
The Mating Panel replaces the central (apex) end panel of the Junior Pen to create a 'tunnel' to join the hen house to the Pen. If ordering for a non-Flyte so Fancy House please let us know the size required, or, if for an FSF House then just tell us which one.
The Standard Mating Panel opening of the tunnel measures 70cm high x 87cm wide and extends 70cm outside the Pen.
The Long-Legged Panel includes not only the taller mesh panels for the tunnel but also 3 further meshed panels to enclose the space underneath the house. One of these extra panels includes a door so you can access the under house area.
This tall mating panel stands approx 137cm high then extends 70cm from the Pen to meet the hen house. It would suit the Long-legged Hobby, Maggie's Six or Maggie's Dozen Henhouses.
The Mating Panel will be delivered in flat-packed panels for self-assembly.
If ordered separately it will be delivered via courier, if ordered with your Pen/henhouse it will be delivered together on the pallet.
